The Get Involved Committee was formed to build an understanding of the many services offered under the TACL umbrella and to offer the staff events that are fun and a positive interaction among the many staff.
The committee will plan two events a year that just for staff to attend. The hope is that by bringing all staff together for a fun event that does not cost much, we would have staff from across TACL having fun and spreading a sense of belonging among all employees.
Our first event was an empty canvas party, a lot of fun and some amazing pictures. The committee is planning a bowling night in September, more details to follow.
The committee is hoping to engage staff in a fun events that build work place engagement, in a fun setting at low cost to everyone.
