The Getting to Home: Homelessness program has helped over 350 individuals since May 2012 with both housing and other much needed supports. But the program does so much more than simply find individuals or families housing, our facilitators help to wrap the much needed supports these individuals need to ensure they are able to live healthy productive lives as well as, maintain their housing.
